Rabbit has a grey lump behind ear. Is it a tick? Should I remove it?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 20 lbs

My Greg haired rabbit has a small grey lump behind his ear. Is this tick? It didn't fall off to the touch..should we tweeze it off??

A picture would be ideal to understand exactly if that is a tick or not. In case of a lump, it needs to be assessed by your veterinarian to have a definitive and specific answer. Usually there are two ways your vet can do that a part from examining it directly during physical examination. A biopsy can be taken under local or general anesthetic, otherwise a smaller sample through a fine needle can be aspirated (this technique is called FNA= fine needle aspiration). Differentials include skin cysts, infections, benign or more sinister type of tumors.
