My dog has soft stool. Could changing his food too often be the cause?

We got a dog (12 mth staffy) from pet rescue 2 months ago. He has had a soft stool this last week. Been trying different dry dog food (adult) hydrated in water and added some chum (from a can). Am I doing something wrong? Saskia. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

I would recommend sticking to one type of good quality food, the fact that you change the food often probably doesn't help. i would recommend trying a high quality food such as acana or evolve and stick to it at least a couple months.
