My dog has a very small pink lump on her back. Been there for some time not changed any. Seems to bother her if I touch it. Not a pimple it's too hard and been there too long, should I worry? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 7 years and 2 months old | 7 lbs

It is difficult to tell from the picture what kind of mass it is. I would say that I wouldn't be too worried about it since it hasn't grown or changed but since you feel it bothers her then I would recommend to have your vet to do an exam to ensure that it is benign and doesn't need to be removed.
