My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat. Should I go to vet?

Our dog has started vomiting and diarrhea. Both are the same light brown liquid color. Not wanting to eat or drink. 2nd day now and he's is starting to just want to lay around. Weightless present. At home remedy? Serious problem, vet needed? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 42 lbs

If Gunny is just laying around, he is very ill and needs to see a vet. He may have an infection like Parvovirus or something stuck in his gastrointestinal tract causing the vomiting. I recommend an exam and bloodwork/xrays right away.
