My cat walks carefully after a fall or fight. Should I be worried?

My cat may have been in a fight or jumped of a high place, yesterday was acting funny and wasn't moving and today is able to walk just looks like it's being very careful, she can still jump and is not aggressive but she is being very cautious when walking, should I be worried?? Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 28 days old | 4.409 lbs

She is so cute. If she is able to walk and comfortable, you can monitor her while keeping her rested to heal. Otherwise, if it appears she needs pain medications, or if there are any wounds, then I would recommend taking her in.
