My puppy has sudden red bumps on belly. Is it heat, fleas, or pyoderma?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 23 days old | 6 lbs

My puppy just got random little red bumps scattered on her belly. It happened within an hour. Friends are telling me it's either pyoderma, or heat (Bc it's hot), or it's flea bites(which I highly doubt as it popped out of nowhere.)

This looks most like a bacterial infection. Sometimes a pet medicated shampoo helps but other times antibiotics from your veterinarian sre needed. If it spreads, doesn't respond to a shampoo, or there's any increasing redness it should be looked at by a veterinarian
