Hello, our dog rocky hasn't been eating or pooping lately. He will drink water and urinate normally but he has been very weak and not himself.

Poor Rocky! If he does not want to eat and is starting to seem weak, he may be anemic or have some very serious illness going on. I recommend a vet visit right away for bloodwork and X-rays to identify what is going on with him and how to help him feel better. Sometimes autoimmune diseases like immune mediated hemolytic anemia can look like what you are seeing with Rocky.
