Why is my unspayed cat meowing in pain but doesn't seem in heat?

My cat is meaowing a lot it looks like she is in pain but she eat and potty well and it doesn't also sound or look like her period what can I do should I check any thing in her but it will be very hard to go to the vet now so what should I do (and she also has today a spot near her eye that the hair dissapeared from even that she is an indoor cat so there is no fighting with other cats ). Hi often female cats that are not spayed will make lots of noise and writhe around as if in pain when they are in heat - they don't always bleed, so behavior may be the only clue. The hair loss area may or may not be related to this problem. It could be from an injury or an infection. Maybe that area is painful for her. Without examining her, I can't tell you the possible causes. Please do not give any human pain medicines as they can be toxic to cats. TamTam will need a vet exam to determine what is wrong with her.
