my cat has had a scab that keeps on opening right below her ear but above her eye for a few month now and now she has one on the same spot right below the other ear i keep thinking she's scratching to much but she has no flees and no other areas of her body has this and i never see her really scratching the area obsessively

There are several things that can cause itchiness on the face with cats. She may have an ear infection that is causing her to scratch her ears. Or flea allergies can make a cat scratch incessantly even if you don't see fleas, one bite can trigger a reaction. I would recommend monthly flea control and having her checked by a veterinarian for any other problems such as ear infection.

Hello This could be a tooth root abscess breaking through the skin as well as there is this infection, or even some autoimmune diseases and or cancer can look like this. Because it's continuing on it's a good idea to see your veterinarian for them to do an exam and tell you if they need to do any further test. Also it may be a case where she just needs a strong antibiotics that your veterinarian can prescribe. In the meantime try to keep the site clean and dry with a mild soap, Being careful to avoid the eye.
