My rooster is lethargic with green poop and throwing up. What's wrong?

My Silkie rooster has been doing yellowish/green runny poos and there is a sick smelling liquid coming from his mouth every now and then. He seems quite lethargic too. None of the other chooks are affected. He's been like this now for a few days. He will drink water on his own, and is interested in eating pumpkin seeds, but he's not eating normally.

These clinical signs could also indicate a yeast or fungal infection with Candidiasis albicans (thrush). This is sometimes referred to as sour crop. Your veterinarian will be able to test your rooster to determine if this is a fungal or a yeast infection and prescribe appropriate treatment.

Sounds like your roo may have a bacterial infection going on which should be checked out by a vet ASAP. Keeping him separated from the flock in a hospital cage/pen is best to prevent spread to the other birds as well as allow him to rest without being picked on by the rest of the flock. Until you can get to the vet, trying to keep him eating and drinking is best.
