I wouldn't worry too much about your dogs getting into this amount of pizza since they are so large. They will likely do just fine. They may have a slightly upset stomach so skipping their next meal and then feeding them a bland diet of boiled skinless chicken breast and white rice for a couple of days should help. If they have more than one episode of vomiting or they are not interested in food I would call their veterinarian. They can prescribe medication to help settle the stomach.

Well since your dog is very large I don't think you really have to worry too much about any serious complications period you will likely see some diarrhea and dietary upset over the next 24 hours. I would recommend feeding a chicken and rice diet for the next 3 to 4 days and then slowly resuming their normal dog food. You could also consider certain medications if the diarrhea is bad enough such as things like famotidine or Pepto-Bismol. Hope this helps.
