My dog is sick, tired, and having accidents. What should I do?

How do I know when to put my dog down. Been treating her for yeast infection, ears draining (using mometamax), skin oily, she sleeps all the time, isn't active and has accidents in the house which she never had before. Been treating her for months but don't see a lot of change. Could it be that she's isn't going to get better. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 13 years and 3 months old | 25 lbs

It's one possibility of course, but most skin conditions are treatable. maybe she needs to see a dermatologist. regarding the accidents there are medications for that as well, you should mention it to your vet next time you take her.
