My dog has severe dirrahea. It's like a puddle. No other symptoms and is his usual self. What can I give to help?

Poor Xavier! Since it sounds like he's acting normal otherwise, it's possible that he may just have a minor upset stomach due to something he ate, or a mild intestinal infection of some kind. You could try withholding food for the next 12 hours to give his stomach a chance to settle, then feed a bland diet of plain boiled chicken and rice for the next few days until things are back to normal - this often works well for minor stomach issues, if the problem isn't serious. If there is no improvement in the next 2-3 days, or if he develops any other symptoms such as vomiting, acting lethargic, or not wanting to eat, then I would recommend taking him to the vet for an exam - he may need some diagnostic testing at that point to determine what's wrong.
