When I tried to find the problem I did not notice anything. But one thing is obvios is that when I touch his left he looks very sensitive and does not let me to touch it. I'm from Afghanistan and there is very less animals clinics I hope that anyone help me to solve his problem. Thanks

The 2 main options are an ear infection or a foreign body in the ear canal. in both cases i'm afraid you will need to take him to a vet, unless the condition resolves itself within a few hours. if it is an infection it can be treated with a prescription ear drops (special for dogs), if it is a foreign body Pops will need to be sedated in order to have it removed from the ear.
