My pitbull has a persistent rash and won't stop itching. What helps?

My pitbull been having a rash for a few months now , I shower her mostly everyday and out cream for rashes on her and nothing helps .. She itches herself so much she starts bleeding . . I really don't know what's the problem .. do you have any advices ??

I don't recommend bathing her everyday as it will dry out her skin. Bathing her once a week with a shampoo, like Epi-soothe, may help. It could be that she has allergies, fleas, mites, and/or a skin infection so she may need prescription medications to help treat. You could have your vet take a look at her to determine the cause and then determine the best way to treat. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to help. You could also add Free Form Snip Tips to her diet to help keep her skin and coat healthy.
