Why is my cat consistently peeing, pooping, or puking outside the box?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 25 lbs

My cat's are peeing, pooing and puking everywhere once a day? They're not ill, they've got enough food and water and eat and drink and have access to their litter tray, but it's becoming a consistent thing of them either peeing, pooing or puking in a corner of the house? Any idea why?

Ugh! Get at least one litter box per cat, have different litter substrates/brands, and put them in different places in the house so the cats have options, and aren't competing for access to the boxes. If this doesn't work, you need to have them examined and bloodwork/X-rays done to figure out exactly what is causing this behavior. They may need to be on special prescription food allergy diets or get dewormed as well. Good luck!
