Why does my puppy have a pussing stomach lump, pain, and no energy?

My puppy will be 4 months in a couple of days. She started out with a lump on her stomach and now its broke through the skin and is pussing. She is in a lot of pain and is out of energy. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 23 days old | 65 lbs

This looks like a severe abscess which may have spread to her blood given the severity of the symptoms you describe. She requires urgent veterinary attention and may require intravenous antibiotics and possibly surgical cleaning of the wound
