My budgie stopped chirping and has whistling breath. What's wrong?

Budgie has not chirped for a few days and has a whistle in his breathing. Eating and drinking as usual.

This is probably a sign of a respiratory disease, most likely an infection. You will need to take Winston to an avian vet specialist ASAP in order to get it checked and treated, he might need an antibiotic course.
