My pit bull has had a large knot on her hind leg she's had it for over a year and now she's got the big one and several small one's around it should I be worried?

I am sorry to hear about Tiny. I would definitely recommend a visit to your vet to look at this knot. It sounds like she likely has a tumor. Some tumors are benign and we can just keep and eye on them and remove if they get too large (such as a lipoma) others are more aggressive and may require surgery right away and checking internally to be sure the tumor hasn't spread. I would recommend what is called a "fine needle aspirate". Your vet sticks a small needle into the mass to collect cells which are put on a microscope slide. We can use these to identify what type of tumor we are dealing with and to help make our treatment plan.
