My male dog has bumps on his penis. When should I see a vet?

Saw some unusual little bumps on the end of our male golden retriever private bit. He is 1 and a half and it's worrying us.

Hello. From the pictures it looks like these could be normal variation in his anatomy as it isn't red or raised. If they are new they could be infection pockets that may burst. I would suggest keeping an eye on it, and if they get bigger, red, or any discharge occurs then I would have it seen by a vet. Good luck with him!
