Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 6 lbs
My sweet little Gracie has been licking a certain spot on her stomach to the point that it is raw and hairless. She has been very picky with her food and vomits less than an hour after she's eaten about 3 days in a row. She's had some food sensitivities in the past, that also resulted in vomiting, but she has been on her current food for more than a year with no issues. I've attached a photo of where she has been licking. Is this result of some sort of allergy or something else?

Since she's done well for so long with her current food, I wouldn't make that my first choice for what's wrong. I would certainly get her skin looked after by your vet. Something may have bitten or stung her on her belly, she may have come into contact with some substance that irritated her skin, there are a number of possibilities. That looks inflamed and raw enough to need antibiotics and/or steroids to help clear it up.
