Puppy vomiting, soft stool, but still playing. When should I worry?

My 15 old week puppy who is current on vaccinations had stomach convulstions last night threw up which looked like food continued to had convulstions threw out the night. He was stuffed up from his nose and threw up again this morning looked like lining of the stomach. He peed and had 2stools the second one soft. He is eating and playing but I'm concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 15 days old | 4 lbs

If Chance continues to vomit, you need to seek veterinary help as he may have an infection or a foreign body stuck in his GI track causing an obstruction. Since he is playing and eating ok this is a good sign that maybe it is not serious, but you need to continue to monitor him very closely.
