I Have An Indian Breed Puppy Which is Around 2/3 Months Old He's Very Active But In The Last 12 Hour He has not eaten anything Vomiting(FOAM) And when he pooped 2/3 Tapeworm were taken out and Now he's very Weak. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months old | 5 lbs

Your poor pup could have any number of things going on. If you have access to a vet he needs to see one right away. At the very least you need to get a safe dewormer that will kill tapeworms (praziquantel). He may have such a large infestation that it could kill him without treatment, or he may have some other major illness going on also, like Parvovirus or Distemper. Good luck!
