I would have Chloe seen by a vet. I'm not sure if she is vaccinated or not, but if she isn't, her vomiting could be due to parvovirus. This is an often fatal infection of young unvaccinated puppies of which there is no cure. Her vomiting and anorexia could also be due to GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. I would take Chloe into a vet immediately to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.

Hi there! Sorry to hear that Petey is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms, gastrointestinal foreign body obstruction and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have Petey evaluated by a veterinarian soon to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. At the very least they address dehydration if present and start her on anti-nausea medications. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for your boy!
