Why is my dog's poop soft, yellow, and liquidy? Is it food?

Help! Today she pooped very soft stool but not completely watery, but it kinda stains yellow and covered with yellow liquid. i dont really know how to describe it .. her appetite has decreased but Im not surprise cause she sometimes eats lots sometimes lesser. She is still active, running and didnt show any sign of discomfort other than the poop thing. Is it food problem I haven notice? Also she lives inside. And has monthly deworming except for this month. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 5.1 lbs
