Is my homemade chicken and veggie diet safe for my dog with cancer?

Mary has cancer so for now i am given her a meal which includes: chicken soup, some shredded chicken in it, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, green beans and rice. she enjoys eating this. and i give her twice a day as she before used to eat meat but i had to stop it due to her kidney and liver problem. but now her kidney is fine. she is healthy right now but don't know about later. now you advice me is her meal ok for her as she is having cancer? Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Female | unspayed | 9 years and 5 months old | 38 lbs
