Hi Rubee, I'm sorry you aren't feeling well! Thank you for proving pictures of yourself, you are very cute. There are a couple of reasons why your nose is bleeding including a respiratory infection, trauma, foreign body, or toxin exposure such as rat poison. As for your mouth, it could be that there was some trauma to that area, and you may be licking it preventing it from healing. Because it's not normal to have a bloody nose and the fact that it is painful for you, I would speak to your human about taking you into a vet today or first thing in the morning. I'm sure you don't like seeing the vet, but the vet will be able to help you with your bloody nose so it feels better. I hope this helps!

Commonly these lesions may be due to an allergic/ autoimmune kind of inflammation or to a viral type of infection. There usually two ways to approach them. One (less invasive) would be to have her checked and treated with antibiotics and then eventually with anti-inflammatory medications. Steroids are often used in these treatment trial. The second type of approach would be to get some samples of the lesions and have them analyzed first. Treatment will be decided based on analysis. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
