Why is my dwarf hamster's red eye not getting better with drops?

Pet's info: Exotic | Unknown - Exotic | Female | 1 year and 8 months old | 0.11 lbs

Hello. I have a female dwarf hamster, 2 years old. She has a problem with the right eye. Sometimes i can see some redness in the white of the eye. Tried some antibyotic drops with no results. Whta do you advise? Wath might be the problem?

She might be developing an hypersensitivity to the woodshavings, or maybe she needs a different antibiotic drops. try to switch her to a different bedding, if it doesn't help- take her to the vet to get treated.
