My German Shepherd is sad and lethargic. What's wrong with her?

My 3 year old female GSD has been looking sad and doesn't want to do as much as usual what could be wrong with her? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | 3 years old

It could be that Samantha is feeling lethargic, which is a very general sign of illness. It can be caused by a systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I would monitor Samantha now, and if she is still acting lethargic in another 24-48 hours, I would have her seen by a vet for a health check.
