My puppy has small brown bumps and almost white head looking bumps on her belly. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 30 days old

Rogue may have allergic skin disease or an infection of some kind. The only way to know for sure is by a vet visit. Your vet may want to do a skin scraping, or take a sample of the bumps with a needle (fine needle aspirate) for cytology or culture. These are tests that can help to identify what is causing the bumps. If they are not itchy, or oozing, or seem to be causing any discomfort it is ok to wait a few days to see if they go away on their own.
