My dog keeps peeing inside, how can I stop this?

First step would be to have Louie seen by a vet. This behavior could be caused by a medical illness, such as a UTI or bladder stones. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis to diagnose if he is suffering from a medical illness causing this behavior and can treat him for it. If he's not, then the vet can discuss behavioral training options with you.
