Is my puppy's swollen eye, rash, and diarrhea an allergic reaction?

My puppy is 3 mth and has woke up this morning with a swollen eye and raised bumps all over his skin every where has diarrhoea.. his eating and drinking but is hot off the rash .. what could i do i rang vet about eye but now noticed bumps on skin but its now closed a have bathed him to soothe his skin try stop the itchy. Pet's info: Dog | Shar Pei | Male | unneutered | 25 lbs

Hello! It is quite possible that George is having an allergic reaction causing the bumps on the skin and swollen eye. Dogs sometimes react to insect bites (such as spider bites) or bee stings, and can develop symptoms like this. The diarrhea might not be related, but stil a concern! I would suggest taking George in to see his vet. They will likely be able to give some injections, or medications, to help him out with his symptoms!
