My adult cat's eyes are suddenly becoming brown-ish (started in inferior part of the eye, now it is spreading). My vet said it might be a beningn glaucoma, but they did not perform any tests. What else can it be?

Glaucoma is usually painful. This may be melanoma of the eye and therefore you should have this examined by a veterinary ophthalmologist. Check here for one in your area: http://vetindex.co.uk/directory/veterinary-ophthalmology-referrals/
