My dog is vomiting and panting after vet meds. Is it an emergency?

My dog got his nose cut up last weekend, tuesday it wasnt looking good so we took him to the vet. He gave our dog a shot of steroids and sent him home with antibiotics. The dog has since started vomitting, and panting heavily. He wont eat anything today. He drinks water, but then throws up soon after. Should i rush him to the er or could he wait till monday morning? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 11 years and 8 months old | 94 lbs

Oh no, poor Sporty! Definitely rush him into the ER now. It's very concerning that he's throwing up water soon after he drinks it, vomiting, and panting heavily. He needs veterinary attention now, please take Sporty in to the ER vet.
