My cat is in labor. Her leg trembles while purring. What should I do?

My cat is having her kittens. She had 3 I don't know how many are in there. She's purring but her leg trembles . So what do I do.

Best leave her alone and let her finish up giving birth. If she keeps having contractions for an hour and she keeps licking her vulva but does not produce another kitten or the placenta, then you will have to take her to an emergency vet for an exam and making sure all kittens were born. There should be no more than 20 minutes between kittens, maximum one hour.
