Recurrent bladder stones can be very frustrating, and some types such as calcium oxalate tend to reoccur even when you're doing everything right. I would talk to your veterinarian about additional monitoring that you could do - sometimes monitoring urine pH at home can help tailor treatment. I also sometimes recommend monitoring for stones and infection every 3-6 months to catch the problem early and potentially avoid surgery. You could also talk to your vet about seeing an internal medicine specialist who might have some other ideas about how to manage the recurrent stones. Unfortunately, surgery is likely necessary although sometimes there are other options depending on the size and type of stone.
