Yes this is a problem as it can indicate that Grace is suffering from a UTI or bladder stones. I would take her into the vet today for a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis. These tests can diagnose if she does have either of the aforementioned illness and the vet can prescribe medication to treat it.

Grace's urinary accidents could be a result of a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, crystals in the urine, or a behavioral issue. Since Grace has just finished her heat cycle, there is also a chance that she could have developed a pyometra, or infection of the uterus. Excessive drinking and urination are a common signs with pyometras, as would be lethargy and inappetence. Her vet should examine her and perform a urinalysis to work on ruling out a medical issue. If a urinary tract infection is diagnosed, Grace would need antibiotics.
