Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 26 lbs
molly has now puked twice and i can hear her stomach rumbling. She had been chewing sticks and i suspect thats whats upsetting her. Im scared shes flipped her stomach. She refuses to eat and has had medicine for kennel cough. She hasnt been around other dogs. will it just pass?

If she has twisted her stomach, she would likely be very bloated and retching over and over again, and potentially having trouble breathing. This is an emergency if she is doing any of those things. If not, continue to monitor her. If she continues vomiting, seems lethargic, or starts to have constant diarrhea, I would take her to an emergency veterinarian. Occasional vomiting is pretty common and not necessarily an emergency if she is acting normally.
