My cat has open lumps on her belly, no vet money. What can I do?

My cat got these lumps on her belly and they have opened up I have no money and don't know what I can do for her she is in no pain or acting unusual

If you can't afford to go in for a visit, you'll have to hope the "lumps" are an abscess or other skin infection that will resolve with conservative treatment. Make a warm water epsom salt solution and put a cloth in it, then hold this compress to the lumps several times daily for 5 days. This should allow an abscess or other simple skin infection to drain and heal. Good luck!
