My puppy's private area skin is dark. Is it normal? How to clean?

Hi, my puppy private is getting really dark and i clean it scrub it i even bough wipes but it still not coming off , is it normal ? What can i use to clean it ? Pet's info: Dog | Shar Pei | Female | spayed | 4 months and 15 days old | 28 lbs

You can use an antibacterial soap and rinse it well. If there's no signs of redness, hair loss or sensitivity, this may just be normal pigmentation. Sometimes as dogs get older certain areas of their skin will become darker colored.
