My dog's swollen penis is exposed and he's licking it. What to do?

My yorky dog is running arround and I saw that his penis skin if back down and the penis it self looks swolen and he is liking. What can it be or what can.I do now.

It could be that Benji's penis is stuck out of the prepuce (a condition referred to as paraphimosis). Prevent any licking with an e-collar (cone), as this could damage the tissue and cause infection. Benji needs to see his vet immediately to pull the prepuce back into place.

    You should gently try to pull the skin of the prepuce (the skin that normally surrounds the penis) up over his penis. You can use some water based lubricant if needed. If you cannot get the penis reduced or if there is bleeding you should see a veterinarian - if the penis is outside of the prepuce for too long it can dry out and the tissue can become damaged.
