I just got a new puppy and she is 8 weeks old. She has not been de-wormed yet. I see the usual 2, 4, 6, 8 week schedule, but is there a "catch up schedule" since she missed her 2, 4 and 6 week dose? Thank you so much, I appreciate the help.

Hello! It is okay to start deworming at 8 weeks old, for sure. I'm not sure which product you are using, but you could go ahead and give her the 8 week dose, then check with your vet (let them know which product you are using), and continue deworming as recommended by your vet. You could always submit a stool sample to your vet as well, as there can be parasites present that the routine wormers don't kill off. Best of luck with your new puppy!
