Hi we have two lab puppies. One black lab Hank and one brown lab Tucker. They are both brothers and are 3 months old. We have noticed that after they eat they became very bloated and we are not sure why. We feed them blue Buffalo large breed puppy food. When we took them to the vet they had worm. they got wormed and we are not sure if they are bloated by worms or what but we are not sure what to do.

You are correct - some worms (such as roundworms or hookworms) can cause the abdomen to have a round or bloated appearance. Puppies typically require at least 2 courses of dewormers 2-3 weeks apart to remove the worm burden. If you haven't done so yet, consider taking another stool sample for both Hank and Tucker to your vet to see if additional parasites are present. Young, growing puppies also do not have the abdominal muscle development of an adult dog and often inherently have a bloated appearance after eating that resolves in an hour or so. They are on a good quality food, so as long as they have no other signs of GI upset, I would not change the diet or become overly concerned.
