My pigeon can't fly after a fall. What's wrong and how to help?

Hello ,there's a pigeon that can't fly since yesterday , i took it home today. i examined her and there are no visible wounds.she ate and drank water. she also did something with her head : she put her head in the bowl of water and she started rubbing it against the window. i can't take her to the vet tonight. what's wrong with her? and what can i do to help her? PS:according to some kids,they saw her fall yesterday morning and since then she can't fly. Thank's

Hello. The pigeon could just be dazed from a bump to the head, or could have broken wings or damage internally. I would recommend putting some bird seed and water with her, and placing her in a safe place outside, and see if she flies away after 12-24 hours. If not I would take her to a vet.
