My puppy ate a rock, has yellow soft poop. Can I help her pass it?

Hello, my puppy usually has very normal poops, however today they had a yellowish runny stool. It wasn't quite diarrea but definetly softer than usual. She also ate a small rock earlier today and I'm wondering if that could be the cause? Is there any way to help her pass it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 2 months and 21 days old | 6 lbs

The rock could be the cause of the diarrhea, but there's nothing you can do to help it pass. It will either pass or it won't. You can try a home remedy to see if it helps with Leia's diarrhea. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
