My dog is shedding excessively. What are the best ways to reduce it?

My Jenny is starting to shed like crazy. She hasn't had this problem before but I have only had her since January and she is a lab mix. Any recommendations on what I could do to cut back on all the shedding? It is everywhere. I was looking at furminator shampoo but I will take any advice. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 37 lbs

Shedding increases seasonally, especially in spring. Full grooming and regular brushing help to stimulate blood circulation to the skin and also remove dead hair. Fatty acid supplements such as viacutan also help
