My dog has a painful, bloody cyst between her paw toes. What is it?

Please can you help me ? My dog has some kind of cyste between her toes in one of the paws. Looks like it's full of blood and about to explode. He eats this once in a while we checked with the vet before try said she had some piece of wheat stuck in but they cleaned it and it got dry then started to blow again and they have no clue . She has problems walking . Any help would be appreciated thank you

It sounds like she could have an interdigital cyst. Your vet could do a fine needle aspirate to determine the exact cause but she probably needs an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory to treat the problem. You could also soak her paw in a warm Epsom salt solution and see if that helps. If the lesion persists than your vet could perform surgery to remove it.
