My neutered male cat keeps humping me. How can I make him stop?

I have a 8 month old blind, male cat. He is neutered. He has started to try to hump me. How do I stop this please? Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Male | neutered | 8 months and 10 days old

You need to teach Uno that this behavior is unacceptable. When he starts to hump you or shows behaviors indicating it's about to begin, firmly tell him no and put him down on the ground. Do not allow him to come back on your lap for 5-10 minutes. Then allow him to come back up, and if he lies down on you without humping, praise him and give him treats. Whenever he lies down on your, give him this praise and treats to reinforce that behavior. By removing him from your lap when he starts to hump, he learns that he doesn't get any attention at all and his behavior is inappropriate.
