There isn't anything highly toxic in Milo for dogs, he might show some hyper excitability symptoms, vomiting or diarrhea but he should be fine.

It depends how much he ate. please, provide information how much powder he had, what are the ingredient of the powder (mainly what type and how much chocolate) and the weight of your dog. With these information we will be able to tell you if your dog needs to be seen by a vet or not

The possible toxicity depends on the quantity of powder eaten and her weight. If it is a small quantity it is unlikely to cause any possible toxic effect. diarrhea and vomiting may occur, if happen withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.

The small amount will likely pose no risk of chocolate, or theobromine, toxicity. You may see some mild stomach upset (vomiting or diarrhea). This is best managed with a short fast followed by a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. Monitor for tremors, increased heart rate, restlessness or persistent GI upset. These are symptoms that should be addressed by your veterinarian.
