If the claw is gone it depends if it's still bleeding or not. If it's bleeding apply pressure on the finger for 3-5 minutes, don't let your dog run or jump as the bleeding might get worst. If it's not bleeding try to clean the wound with water and make sure it's not painful and not getting infected, keep a close eye. If it gets swollen and painful it's probably getting infected, in that case go to your vet for treatment.
